After receiving and reviewing some of the OLA LOA line of powder vitamins, I must say that I’m a fan. They taste great. I drank my vitamins! I’m not a pill person and I do know the value of taking vitamins and getting my minerals daily. It’s very difficult when you don’t like to swallow huge nasty smelling pills. I tend to “forget” to do things that are no pleasant.
While I never forgot my great tasting Flintstones Vitamins, the ingredients were not great. Things like: FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow #6, and so on. Not too natural and definitely not non-toxic.
OLA LOA is thankfully different, they taste great but are flavored and colored using better ingredients: Stevia, Beet Juice Powder (color), Organic Cane Juice, Annato and Tumeric (color), and so on. Some have Fructose, but I see no fake dyes and the samples I received are all Gluten and Lactose Free.
Here is also some information from OLA LOA:
- Ola Loa was specifically designed to provide enough B-vitamins, amino acids, Viamin C and minerals to support stage 1 and 2 detoxification. (for more information on stage 1 and 2 detoxiication see their website http://www.drinkyourvitamins.com)
- Ola Loa contains the osmolytes, TMG and Glycine, which studies show are more powerful than electrolytes in maintaining total body hydration.
- Ola Loa has 1000 mg. vitamin C which is essential to neutralize free radicals.
