Taking teenagers on vacation can be really tough. But one of the things that I’ve learned is to switch up each vacation and give them things to do to keep them occupied. Of course teenagers like to complain, but it’s harder for them to complain when they’re busy. I got the great idea to take my family on a great mini vacation to New York City because it’s constantly going and going so they wouldn’t have hardly any time to complain!
I looked online to get some help in planning the trip and while I was doing that I ran across the site hearingaids.miracle-ear.com. After I looked through it some, I decided to get fitted with some hearing aids, the better to take in my teenagers’ complaints.
I decided to take them to the Jersey Boys show on Broadway. They’re both obsessed with music, so it ended up being the perfect thing to take them to see. Plus, my husband and I recognized a lot of the music and had fun singling along to it.

Yesterday I had to call our power company for the third time about a mistake on our bill. Each time I have called, they have been very rude to me and question my ability to read my bill. I had the last straw yesterday and told them I would be switching providers. Luckily I have a friend who suggested for me to go to energy rates in rice houston to find the most affordable energy provider. I think that customer service is the most important part of a company. Keeping customers satisfied is the key to maintaining trust and happiness among clients. When customers are satisfied, they tell others about the company they use, which generates more business for the company. When this power company’s employee was rude to me, I decided that I would be doing the opposite of earning that company more business. In fact, I decided that I would tell as many people as possible about the rudeness of the employees at that company and suggest that no one use them as an energy provider. Hopefully I will not have that experience again.
